Project Description: Demolition of an existing metal building, and the construction of a 6,700sf Maintenance Facility and a 4,300sf metal storage building. Work included asphalt concrete paving, rough and finish grading, compaction, excavation and trenching for all footings, foundations, and utilities, landscape and irrigation, striping, building framing, finishes, furnishings, mechanical, and electrical.

Sonoma Valley Sheriff Substation Replacement

• Location: Sonoma, CA
• Valuation: $1.5 mil
• Year Completed: 2006
• Owner: County of Sonoma

Project Description: Construction of a 4,302sf Sheriff Substation. The building is a rectangular shaped CMU structure with wood framed gable roof. Work also included site improvements such as a new security gate, landscaping, and concrete walkways.

Camp Parks Organizational Maintenance Shop

• Location: Dublin, CA
• Valuation: $6.8mil
• Year Completed: 2005
• Owner: Department of the Army & Air Force

Project Description: Construction of a 30,000sf Organizational Maintenance Shop for the Department of Military Army National Guard. Work consisted of demolishing existing roads and site accouterments, construction of reinforced concrete footings and foundations for reinforced masonry and structural steel framing, gypsum wallboard and plywood over light steel framing at interior walls, pre-manufactured standing seam roof, pre-finished rollup doors, and plastic soffits for exterior finishes. Work also included providing an overhead rolling crane, and a water sprinkler fire protection system in addition to plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.

Emergency Dispatch Relocation

Project Description: Construction of a 5,550sf Emergency Dispatch Center adjacent to the existing Police Building. The center included supervisory offices, restrooms, equipment rooms, a kitchen, community room, and permit office.
