Project Description:
The project includes the construction of a new Multi-Purpose Building on the Twin Creeks Elementary School campus. The multi-purpose building has an attached stage, a warming kitchen, and several storage and support spaces. Site development includes connection to existing utilities, relocation of an existing play structure, a new trash enclosure, landscape and irrigation, and paving.
